Can I get my own design on my existing seat? |

The truth is you can get pretty much anything you want as we not only supply our prebuilt custom range but also undertake bespoke work. If you have a copy of the design which you can email or fax us that will allow us to give you our initial thoughts on how we can go about transforming your seat. Don't worry though - if you can describe the design you have in mind over the phone we'll do a rough sketch and send it back to you to make sure we're on the right track. After that it pretty much depends what you're having done as to how much it will cost but generally bespoke work will cost anything from £200 up.

My seat is damaged - can you fix it? |

Yes - we repair seats. Even if you don't want any fancy stuff like embroidery, leatherwork, trimming or padding. We'll be happy to advise you - just give us a call.

Can you alter the height of my seat? |
This is a request we get quite a lot of. You'd be surprised at how many bike owners with short fat hairy legs there are around - and their husbands sometimes need their seats lowered too! Usually we're able to take at least a couple of inches off the height of a seat but, again, it does depend on the seat. We can also fit a special foam to compensate for the loss of padding. Give us a call or better still, email us a picture of your existing seat with your requirements and we can give you our assessment.

My rear end gets numb - can you help? |
This is by far the most common complaint we hear - why can't original bike manufacturers make the seats a bit easier on the posterior. Well unfortunately no backside is the same. The easiest way for us to help you is to follow these instructions carefully:
Get some plaster and mix it up in a basin - if you can't get plaster then cement will do
Sit in the basin for a couple of hours or until the plaster sets
Send us the plaster cast of your backside along with your seat
We'll mould your seat to match your ass
Of course - it would be a lot simpler if we just fitted a gel-pad or some of our memory foam - but that wouldn't be half as funny.
Seriously though - we were only kidding - don't go sending us casts of your bottom - no thanks!

Yes - in fact we've got customers in the States and right across Europe. If you're shipping a seat to us for rework then let us know the weight when fully packaged. We'll be able to arrange for pickup and let you know how much the shipping will cost.

Any of the items in our online shop can be paid for by cheque so you don't need to worry about entering credit card details online if you don't want to. Simply proceed to the checkout and select the Cheque option. This will notify us of your order and we can set the items aside. We must receive your cheque within 7 working days or the goods will be returned to stock. Your order will be shipped once your cheque has cleared. |
